On October 15th, 2020, the partners of our group met in the ITC Industrie- und Technologiepark HECKERT GmbH Chemnitz. Due to the current situation, the event was held hybrid. The partners used the opportunity to introduce each other, to exchange experiences intensively and to discuss the further strategy of the association. The topics of sustainability, resource efficiency and intelligent process networking were central points. The network is preparing to start the second phase from April 2021. The technological roadmap currently includes 20 innovative project approaches that will be implemented in the second phase. In addition, the intensification of international cooperation with the Polish partners is an important aspect, especially under the difficult conditions of the pandemic. Suitable concepts are developed here together.
